SPA ETIQUETTE

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled time. For Full Set Lash Extensions, Yumi Lashes, as well as Spa Packages please notify us 48 hours before your scheduled time in order to avoid any cancellation fees. If we are able to re-book your appointment time with another guest, the cancellation fee will be waived.  A rescheduling fee of $45 will apply to treatments changed with less than 24 hours notice. Without proper notification or in cases of no shows, 100% of the treatment will be charged.

 

Cold/Flu/Sick policy: feeling under the weather? Drink hot lemon juice with honey and ginger, give us a immediate call or email to reschedule your service in advance,  as it can be contagious and we don’t want to pass to any of our staff and guests. Our team reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with cold/ flu symptoms at the time of their service.

All service sales are final, no refund will be issued.

 

For group cancellation policies, please inquire with your group coordinator and refer to contract.  

 

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
