Fall into ...skincare

It's fall, it's getting cold and windy outside - so time to review your skincare routine and products. Today we've got three wonderful DIY Fall Skincare recipes for you by Rachel Talbott (we definitely recommend watching her videos as well!) - tested and approved by our Llumier Team. 

 

 

 

 

Herbal Facial steam

 

 

 

 

What you need:

 

Whole Cloves

Whole Cardamon

Apple peel

Orange peel

Rosemary

Boiling hot water

Big bowl

 

And what now?

Put all ingredients into a bowl, pour over with boiling water and steam your face after taking a shower for 5 to 10 min before any mask treatment. Gently put your face over the bowl and cover your head with a towel so no steam will escape. The heat will open up the pores and the aromatherapy will help you to "zen out" right into some relaxation...Now follow with a gentle mask. 

 

 

Gentle oatmeal Scrub mask

 

 

 

What you need:

Finely Ground oatmeal

Apple sauce

Honey

 

And now what?

Mix all ingredients together. Instead or on top of applesauce you can also use greek yogurt for a more hydrating and refreshing effect. Use it as a scrub or leave it on for 10 minutes as a mask.

 

 

PUMPKIN Anti-aging serum

 

 

What you need:

Pumpkin seed oil

Carrot seed oil

Jojoba oil

1 drop Lavender essential oil

1 drop Geranium essential oil

1 drop Frankincense essential oil

 

And now...you've probably guessed it: mix everything together, take a deep breath. Apply serum morning and/or evening on cleansed and toned skin just before the moisturizer.
